I found The Ordinary’s stunt to be really…odd. I didn’t understand why they were relevant to the conversation about inflation & food. It just felt like an attention grab.
They’re all about accessible prices — leveraging eggs which, arguably, are the most talked about cost of good. Ties back to that mission but as you said, with a vehicle that got our attention!

I didn't know the Ordinary was vegan! which, you're right, makes their egg marketing campaign even more interesting!!
eggs are also feel like a politically salient topic right now, which I find very interesting for a beauty brand to dive into!
